Is aircond service available 24 hours in Shah Alam?

Madyha Construction lists 24/7 availability for air-conditioning enquiries. Customers in Shah Alam can call or WhatsApp with their location, aircond type and problem.

Can you repair an aircond that is not cooling?

Yes. An aircond that runs but does not cool properly may require servicing, cleaning or further troubleshooting depending on the cause. The system should be inspected before assuming that refrigerant or a specific component is responsible.

Do you provide aircon chemical cleaning in Shah Alam?

Yes, chemical cleaning can be considered when an air-conditioning system needs deeper cleaning beyond routine servicing. The appropriate cleaning method depends on the condition of the unit.

Looking for Aircond Service in Shah Alam?

When an air conditioner stops cooling properly in Shah Alam, the problem is not always solved by simply cleaning the filter or adding refrigerant. Poor airflow, drainage problems, dirty internal components, sensors, electrical faults and mechanical issues can create similar symptoms.

Madyha Construction provides aircond servicing and repair in Shah Alam for residential and commercial customers. Our services cover routine maintenance as well as troubleshooting for units that are leaking water, making unusual noises, producing weak airflow or stopping unexpectedly.

We also provide services such as aircon chemical cleaning, aircond installation, maintenance, gas top-up and HVAC-related work where required.

If you are unsure which service your aircond needs, contact us with your location, unit type and symptoms so the problem can be assessed before the appropriate work is recommended.

WhatsApp About My Aircond Problem

Aircond Not Cooling in Shah Alam? Here Is What You Should Know

An aircond that is running but not cooling properly can be frustrating, especially when the system appears to be operating normally.

Poor cooling can be associated with different issues, including restricted airflow, dirty coils or filters, refrigerant-related problems, sensor issues or faults involving other system components.

The important point is that “aircond not cold” is a symptom rather than a diagnosis.

Adding gas without checking the system first may not solve the actual problem if the issue is caused by airflow, drainage, electrical or component-related faults.

If your aircond in Shah Alam is:

running but not cooling,
taking longer than usual to cool,
producing weak airflow,
leaking water,
switching off unexpectedly,
making unusual noises,
producing an unpleasant smell,
or showing an error code,

a professional inspection can help determine what type of servicing or repair may be required.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When looking for aircond service Petaling Jaya, clear communication and proper inspection should always come first. Before any work begins, customers should understand what the issue is, what type of servicing is needed, and what results can reasonably be expected.
At Madyha Construction, a practical approach matters. A proper aircond service should focus on checking airflow, cooling performance, cleanliness of internal components, and any visible signs of leakage or reduced efficiency. Transparent pricing and straightforward explanations help customers make informed decisions.
Many people search for aircond service near me only after the cooling becomes weak or the room takes longer to get comfortable. In many cases, regular servicing and cleaning can help maintain performance and reduce the chance of larger issues developing later.
For homes and offices around Kuala Lumpur, choosing a reliable air cond service kl provider means looking for consistent workmanship, honest recommendations, and service that focuses on solving the actual problem rather than suggesting unnecessary work.

Common Aircond Problems We Help With in Shah Alam

Air-conditioning problems can develop gradually or appear suddenly. Customers commonly contact aircond technicians when cooling performance changes or the system begins behaving differently.

Aircond Not Cold

The aircond may run normally while producing insufficient cooling. This can involve airflow, cleaning, refrigerant, sensor or other system-related issues.

Aircond Leaking Water

Indoor water leakage may be associated with drainage restrictions, condensation issues, dirty components, restricted airflow or icing.

Weak Airflow

Weak airflow can reduce cooling performance and may involve filters, coils, blower components or other airflow-related issues.

Aircond Making Strange Noise

Buzzing, rattling, vibration or other new sounds can indicate that the system needs inspection.

Aircond Keeps Turning Off

Repeated shutdowns may involve sensors, controls, electrical issues or other system faults requiring troubleshooting.

Aircond Has a Bad Smell

Unusual or musty smells can indicate that cleaning or further inspection is needed.

Aircond Showing an Error Code
